    • ISO 9001:2000
      ISO Certification represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that the organization can deliver the product or services that meet the client's quality requirements. These good practices have been distilled into a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the organization does, its size, or whether it's in the private, or public sector. The ISO 90001 addresses "Quality Management". This means what the organization does to fulfill, the customer's quality requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives
    • ISO 27001
      The certification provides 133 controls that are useful in establishing, maintaining, measuring and monitoring a robust information security management system. ISO 27001assists companies to comply with multiple legislations and regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, Safe Harbour Practice, etc. It also helps companies to win confidence of employees who want their employers to maintain secrecy regarding their personal data

  • Execution Models

    • METRICS:For all the models a 5 step approach is followed.

    • Step 1 - Analyze
      In the analysis phase NeST consulting team understands the current processes and practices of the organization. This is achieved through information-gathering visits, situation analysis and review of clients documents .The gaps are identified in the current system and recommendations are made to rectify the gaps.
    • Step 2 - Define
      In this phase detailed process architecture is made. New processes are introduced and existing processes and procedures are modified to fill the gap. The new processes shall be supported by guidelines, checklists and formats.
    • Step 3- Educate
      Trainings are imparted as required. Trainings shall be given to the client on the standards and the new processes and procedures.
    • Step 4 - Deploy
      This is a very critical phase where NeST consulting team deploys the new practices and processes in to the clients organization. This phase also supports data driven approach to project management .Consulting team provides supporting statistical data collection and analysis.
    • Step 5 - Assess
      This is the final phase where NeST consulting team verifies the effectiveness of the established procedures and practices. This is done through a series of audits. Non conformances are identified and corrective actions shall be defined during this phase. On successful completion of this phase the NeST team shall recommend the client for certification process

    EEM: End-to-End execution Model
    In this model the gap analysis study, the process definition, establishment and verifications shall be done by NeST consultants


    FAM: Formal Assessment Model
    In this model NeST helps identifying the gaps in the existing system against standards and defines the quality system boundary for implementation of the framework. The client will reframe their processes and procedures as mentionesd in the gap analysis and deploy the new systems in their organization. Nest will do a pre-assessment and also a final assessment before recommending the client for Certification Audits.
