Current Openings 

Project Manager BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech degree (under regular stream) 10 plus years Responsibility: Your responsibilities would include initiating projects, estimating effort, evaluating high-level design and architecture, executing project assignments, leading and motivating high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. You will also be involved in pre-sales and proposal making activities, along with quality planning for engagements.
Qualification: Candidate should have excellent communication skill, with a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech degree (under regular stream) with a definite plus for persons having a degree in management.
Experience: Dynamic candidates having more than 10 years of relevant experience in IT relating to Aerospace/Defense industry/domain with at least 2 to 3 years experience in Software Project Management with a well versed knowledge in ISO/CMM practices.
Knowledge in Aerospace quality standards like DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100 quality standards, prior-presales, proposal making will be a definite plus.
Assistant Manager /Manager Business Development BE/B.Tech with MBA in Marketing (all under regular stream) 4-8 years Experience: Dynamic candidates having 4 - 8 years of relevant experience with a track record for closing on profitable, deliverable sales in aerospace/defense sector.
Excellent knowledge of the Aerospace/Indian defense industry and trends impacting the business.
Practical application skills in addressing customer specific issues. Experience in consultative selling, to identify unmet needs and provide input for product development.
The skills to identify, analyze, quantify, evaluate and present alternatives. Comfort and success in proactively developing relationships and sources of information about potential business opportunities through customer interaction.
Experience of managing client relationships at all levels, including operations, commercials and new businesses is must. An exceptional professional presence and polished demeanor with a track record and reputation of unquestioned ethics and integrity.

Software Engineer /Senior Software Engineer BE/BTech (IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication) 2-5 years Experience with .Net,C#,WPF,ADO.net,ASP.net,AJAX and XML under Windows Vista/9X/XP/NT/2000/2003 environment. knowledge of RDBMS like MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. Crystal Report, Install Shield, knowledge in SW development process.
