FliSAFE-MOQA (Maintenance Ops Quality Assurance) provides extensive engineering features for decision support in reducing operating cost through more efficient and preventive maintenance actions. A perfect tool that can be used for analyzing engineering and maintenance-related conditions on the aircraft using the flight data. The tool helps to reduce the operational and maintenance cost. Its outputs can be used as direct input to engine/aircraft manufacturer supplied software, thereby saving precious man power and cost.

  • APM - Aircraft Performance Monitoring Module: To monitor the snapshot of flight data in stabilized cruise conditions. The output report can be used as a direct input to manufacturer performance monitoring software’s.
  • ECM - Engine Condition Monitoring Module: To monitor performance of aircraft engines by analyzing the key parameters specific to engine and provides detailed reports. Output of this module can be directly used as the input to SAGE and other manufacturer supplied engine-monitoring software.
  • FMM - Fuel Monitoring Module: To detect exceedances that cause wastage of fuel and generate graphical and numerical reports. This can be helpful in counseling the crew, thus resulting in better fuel utilization.
  • RTM - Reduced Thrust Monitoring: To monitor reduced thrust performance of the aircraft during takeoff phase generates reports based on input conditions
  • TMM - Time Monitoring Module: To detect the exact Chocks-Off, Taxi-Out, Take-Off, Landing, Taxi-In, Chocks-On time. This helps to calculate the lease charges of aircraft and crew.
